Junior Student Advisor

**Job Purpose**:
Responsible for initiating, building and managing relationships with prospective students through every stage of the recruitment process (Lead, Appointments, Applications and Registrations) and report on individual sales activities per set targets.
**Working Hours**:
08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
**Education**:
Three year Diploma or Degree in PR/ Business/ Marketing/ Communications/Sales

**Work Experience**:
- 2 years sales experience.
- Experience in managing and closing sales cycle.
- Experience in working on a Customer Relationship Management software.
- Experience in the higher education industry.
**Key Performance Areas**: Student Acquisition**:
- Plan, schedule and attend visits to allocated schools and universities for expos, career fairs, presentations, Gen V workshops, graduate recruitment programmes (GRP).
- Represent IIE-Vega at open days, expos, career fairs, presentations, Gen V workshops, graduate recruitment programmes (GRP) and other campus-based events favorably to generate interest in full-time / part-time qualifications and quality leads.
- Attending to all leads and enquiries within an hour (during normal business hours, on weekdays).
- Maintains adherence to quality standards and guidelines to ensure the best customer service for both brands, at all times.
- Achieve monthly / annual individual registration targets.
**Relationship Management**:
- Establish and foster productive relationships with teachers, principals and other relevant partners.
- Attend to queries from students / parents timeously to ensure a positive service experience for prospective students.
- Conduct appointments with prospective students to gain insights into their needs and provide feedback on the appropriate IIE-Vega qualification that suits their needs.
**Database Administration**:
- Complete STASY workflow to ensure that automated communication triggers are maintained.
**Sales Administration**:
- Capturing and reporting of all appointments into STASY and to MS Teams folder.
- Prepare sales figures and statistics as required
- Request study visa letters / conditional registration letters where applicable timeously.
- Follow the appropriate admission processes. Upload admission queries to STASY / SATS where required.
