Scheme Operational Administrator

Job Description:
The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the RPP scheme, efficient and effective team communication and effective customer management of exception processes in RPP daily.
You will be joining RPP Business Support Team reporting into the Manager Scheme Real Time Payments. You will primarily be accountable for providing administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operations of the Rapid Payments Programme Scheme, efficient and effective team communication and effective customer management of exception processes in RPP daily.
Exceptionally strong stakeholder engagement skills, co-ordination and report writing abilities will stand you in good stead in this role.
You will engage with the following key stakeholders:

- Service Centre
- Service Desk
- Change Management Team
- Incident Management Team
- RPP technical team
- Customer Lifecycle Management
**External Stakeholders**
- Payments Association of South Africa
- SAMOS
- All bank and non-bank customers
- Fintech companies
- RPP vendors for hardware, software and testing environments
**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provides insightful reports on daily scheme operations of the Scheme Manager
- Uses aggregated data to enable informed project prioritization.
- Communicates regularly with the Real Time Head to discuss details and status of ongoing and future projects
- Review and follow up on disputes raised between scheme members
- Keep track and report on dispute ratios by participant
- Follow up on queries raised by scheme participants and direct for resolution either in the scheme team or operational team.
- Attend all incident meetings and escalate incidents raised on RPP for resolution and reporting
- Attend all Change Management meetings, record and report all RPP changes raised for development or implementation, produce RPP change report weekly for Real Time management team.
**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE**
- Grade 12/Matric Certificate required
- National Diploma or Degree in relevant function
- Administrative competencies

- Microsoft Office proficiency
**EXPERIENCE**
- Min 3 - 5 years relevant administration experience required
- Proficient use of spreadsheets, and presentation tools
- Working knowledge of customer management environments
- Strong ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Excellent organisational skills, and experience with delegating tasks
- Effective timekeeping skills
