**EE Candicate**:
An exciting and challenging opportunity for an energetic, attention to detail results focused Administrator to support both Client Services and Hospital Benefit Management HOD’s. This role is responsible for supporting the Client Services and Hospital Benefit Management in terms reporting and other support measures for effective functioning of the team. This position reports directly to the HOD in Client Services with a dotted reporting line to HOD Hospital Benefit Management.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
- Grade 12.
- A 3-year Tertiary qualification preferable.
- Experience in a Client Services environment is essential.
- **Experience in Medical Scheme administration environment - Must have 1 year exp.**:
- Computer Literacy (MS Office)-** Intermediate to Advance excells skills a must**:
- Experience in reporting and data extraction essential.
- Be able to provide Covid-19 vaccination certificate.
**Duties**:
- Performing reporting requirements in line with requirements of the HOD Client Services and Hospital Benefit Management.
- Maintain any changes to the Client Services systems, processes and procedures and update the work instructions accordingly.
- Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment (includes arranging of system access, PC, desk, phone and headset for new employees,
update documents on shared drive - leave register, contact list, etc.
- Provide administrational support to service managers on performance related information, statistics, and documentation.
- Analyse data and report possible risks to the HOD’s.
