**Responsibilities and duties**
- Efficient and effective project management to maximise profit and maintain service excellence to clients
- Plan and implement projects in accordance with the clear project management SOPs
- Build technical knowledge and understanding of Technical offer in Lighting, Water and Electrical to ensure effective project management and ability to provide to the customer
- To undertake and manage, as appropriate, project risk, project costing and budget management, project commercial requirements, troubleshooting and report writing/Communication
- Liaise with suppliers and clearing agents regarding orders placed, manage kick-off meetings with clients and the project team
- Manage all contractors in accordance with project delivery expectations
- Create clear project plans and networks for all projects to ensure schedules are adhered to.
- Ensure project plans comply with resource availability and stringent project timelines
- Define and allocate required resources for the project to your team
- Track deliverables against project pipeline and report to the Implementation Manager
- Manage all reporting back into the business to the Implementation Manager on project pipelines, invoicing schedules, weekly progress reports etc.
- Implement change management when necessary to meet project outputs
- Establish the most effective solution for each project by adopting a holistic approach to cover all aspects of technical, financial and commercial deliverables
- Lead quality assurance management and quality control to ensure all standard process are followed in completion with the project
- Manage all contractors in accordance with project delivery expectations
- Undertake contract negotiations and ensure that contracts are implemented according to the defined margin
- Sign off on all quality control and quality assurance at the end of a project
- Enforce all safety measures, standards and processes to ensure each project is complete with every individuals safety in mind
