Thompsons Holidays Cape Town is seeking to recruit a vibrant Business Development Executive.

A Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the business and the effective selling of Thompsons Holidays products and services to their customer base.

The key focus is to reach overall business sales targets. The position requires you to generate sales leads, contact potential customers and nurture our existing customer relationships.

**Requirements**:

- A Sales Hunter with a Minimum of 2 years of Tourism experience
- Post Matric Diploma
- Based in Cape Town
- Well-travelled
- Sales experience
- Excellent proficiency in Communication/ Excel/Power Point/MS Office/Video conferencing
- Strong administrative and time management skills
- Dynamic and confident personality with a yearning to *reach for the stars*
- Demonstrate very important soft skills - excellent communication, listening, negotiation and problem solving
- A flair for facilitating product training either via Online or in person
- Valid driver's licence and roadworthy motor vehicle
- Valid passport
- Fully Vaccinated
