**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

You will need to come up with new, innovative ideas, yet maintain an old schoolwork ethic. You will be responsible for building and growing a formidable team, extensive marketing, and networking to gain market share and grow sales, production, and profitability of the dealership. You will need at least 3 years of DP experience in a franchised motor dealership.

**Job Requirements**
Matric Certificate
A Valid Drivers license
A business Degree or Diploma would be beneficial
At least 3 years of DP experience in franchised motor dealership
Must have outstanding leadership skills
Be an innovative thinker
Proven track record
A stable work history
Contactable references
