That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role** - The Team Leader ensures the smooth operation of the team and oversees, coordinates, and provides guidance and support to the team._ - The Team Leader will also be required to train team members, do inductions, _run with escalations_ when needed, and collaborate closely with other departments to drive successful sales._ - This role will report to Sales Support Operations Manager._ **As the **Sales Support Team Leader**, you will**: - Develop and maintain strong customer and supplier relationships to aid us in our organic growth targets, and to enhance and promote the sales of Exclusive Networks' products. - Managing, leading, and motivating the team; providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. - Track and monitor key performance metrics of the team, ensuring goals and targets are met. - Monitor the progress of quotations, inquiries, and administrative tasks to ensure they are handled promptly and effectively. - Streamline administrative processes, documentation, and workflows to optimize productivity and reduce redundancy. - Ensure that the CRM system is up to date with the correct quote & opportunity information to ensure accurate forecasting. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you** **The ideal **Sales Support Team Leader**: - Matric, with a minimum of 1 year experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within a sales support or administrative department. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Experience with all elements of the internal sales quoting and order processing structure. - Strong communication skills, with good telephone manners, and interpersonal skills. - Tenacity and motivation, with an undisputable level of commitment and passion for achieving targets and exceptional levels of service excellence. - Strong knowledge of sales support processes or customer relationship management as well as negotiation skills. **WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?**| **About the company** We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
