**Job Description** Vision Elevators has an exciting position, We are hiring an Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping**
- ** Passing journals**
- ** Bank statements processing**

**2. Accounts Payable & Receivable**
- ** Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.**
- ** Following up on outstanding customer invoices.**
- ** Handling petty cash and staff expense claims.**
- ** Processing invoices, receipts, and payments.**

**3. Payroll & Tax Compliance**
- ** Monthly and weekly payroll processing**
- ** Preparing and submitting EMP201 and other statutory returns (MEIBC and NUMSA)**
- ** Ensuring compliance with company policies.**

**4. Financial Reporting & Support**
- ** Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts..**
- ** Providing administrative support to senior accountants or finance managers.**

**5. Procurement & Inventory Support (If Required)**
- ** Assisting in procurement by verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders.**
- ** Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory management.**

**Qualifications** Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** A degree in Accounting**
- ** Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero).**
- ** Strong numerical and organizational skills.**
- ** Attention to detail and accuracy.**
- ** Good communication and teamwork skills.**
- ** 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field**
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**
- ** Proficiency in Google Suite**
- ** Ability to work independently and as part of a team**
