**Purpose of the role**
***
The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator is responsible for the Planning, Coordination, Implementation and Reporting of Learning at SNG Grant Thornton. L&D Coordinator will manage the relationship with Internal and External Training Facilitators, Grant Thornton International Learning Team and the Sector Education and Training Authority (SETA).

- Centralised Technical Training Coordination and Administration
- Central Learning and Development Coordination and Administration
- Coordination of Learning and Development Events
- Coordination of Learning and Development Surveys
- Learning and Development Newsletter
**Key Responsibilities**
- Book and Schedule Induction and Onboarding Programmes, Book and Coordinate Resources for Pre-Induction, Firm Induction and Onboarding Programme
- Manage the Learner Management System
- Monthly management of User License
- Send GTI Learning list of new and terminated employees on the 01st and 15th of every month
- Check with People and Culture active and terminated Employees
- Centralised Technical Training Coordination and Administration
- Source Facilitators for Internal training interventions
- Source Learning material from Facilitators of the training interventions
- Monthly, send out Calendar Invites to the delegates inviting them to the training that they have planned to attend
- Liaise with Grant Thornton International Learning for all the programmes they are presenting and register attendees from SNG Grant Thornton
- Sector Education and Training Authority Management
- Connect with FASSET and establish training interventions planned for the month
- Share training interventions with L&D Leader and signoff interventions that we will be participating on
- Complete FASSET reports as per requirements advised by FASSET
- Monthly coordinate blended training, invite Delegates to virtual and classroom-based training as per the scope of the programme
- Monitor and report on the attendance of training plan Interventions
- Capture, Consolidate and Report on Learning
- Coordination of Learning and Development Events
- Training impact survey must be sent out at the end of every training intervention
- Compile the Learning and Development Newsletter
- Report on Learning and Development Interventions
**Qualification and Experience**
- Matric
- Degree/Diploma in HR or related qualification
- Excellent Excel skills
- Microsoft Office
- Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years in a Learning and Development or Human resources capacity
