**Job Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused **Customer Sales Agent** to join our sales team. You will play a key role in maintaining relationships with existing customers, and coordinating with our logistics operations to ensure client satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Prepare and present quotations and pricing based on client needs
- Follow up on leads, conduct client meetings (in person or virtually).
- Coordinate with the operations/logistics team to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
- Manage & handle our COD Debtors Book.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in CSA, preferably in the logistics or transport sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Language: Fluent in English
