Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Rental Agent role based in Boksburg. The Rental Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with property rentals by conducting property viewings, preparing contracts, coordinating property listings, and maintaining client relationships. Additional tasks include market research, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, and delivering excellent customer service throughout the rental process.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively
• Proficiency in market research, property valuations, and understanding rental market trends
• Knowledge of contract preparation, compliance procedures, and legal requirements in real estate
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple property transactions simultaneously
• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle
• Real estate experience or qualification is an advantage but not mandatory
• A customer-centric approach and the ability to develop and sustain long-term client relationships
