Iconic Restaurant in Stellenbosch requires a General manager to join this fast paced establishment.

The Restaurant General Manager will be Managing, directing and motivating staff. Controling and coordinating culinary standards. Active in dealing directly with guests and monitoring guests satisfaction. Stringent controls. All operating equipment, beverage and food stock control. Service standards and operating procedures. Human Resources, Labour issues and general Admin, upkeep and maintenance of POS Systems and general upkeep of restaurant. Must live in close proximity of restaurant, fully bilingual, at least 5 years experience and own reliable transport.
