**Position Description**
Senior Human Resources expertise for our Commercial and Marketing divisions, actively advancing impactful Human Capital strategies to bolster immediate and future business outcomes, thereby solidifying our market leadership. By collaborating with line managers, this role enhances team management and development skills, creating more competent teams. It aligns with Saint-Gobain's HR strategies, coordinating with HR excellence teams to tailor solutions specifically for the Commercial and Marketing business units.

**Role Responsibility**
- Offer expert guidance in workforce planning, organizational structuring, and talent cultivation in alignment with the strategic objectives of the Commercial and Marketing divisions.
- Engage proactively with business leaders to interpret business ambitions, converting them into actionable HR strategies and operations.
- Empower managers with the tools and strategies necessary for driving employee performance, ensuring alignment with key business goals and annual targets.
- Strengthen the rapport among staff, management, and executive leaders, ensuring alignment with a company culture that not only executes business strategy but also propels organizational superiority.
- Support significant organizational change endeavours, ensuring seamless transitions while maintaining operational continuity within the Commercial and Marketing divisions.
- Direct and influence pivotal business transformation projects, including Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, employing best-in-class change methodologies.
- Harness HR digital tools for insightful analytics, monitoring, and reporting on HR undertakings and their impact on Commercial and Marketing objectives, utilizing data-informed insights for ongoing enhancement.
- Execute all other tasks and/or responsibilities as assigned by the management team, adaptable to the evolving business needs.

**Position Qualification**
- Degree in Human Resources or business-related degree.
- Post-graduate HR or business-related degree would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years or more HR Business partnering experience in a commercial, and marketing or business-driven environment within Manufacturing.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading Talent Management & Development, Succession Planning, and key resource mapping at senior management level.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting change processes in multinational organization.

**Additional requirements**
- Strong knowledge of strategic HR disciplines including managing culture, people management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Proficiency in engaging and navigating through all organizational echelons, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and mutual respect in information exchange.
- Legislative competence by understanding of the laws and regulations pertinent to the business domain, safeguarding organizational compliance.
- Change management in foreseeing, adapting, and guiding others through organizational change with resilience and strategic foresight.
