**Required Experience**:
Employee Relations: 7 to 8 years
HR Generalist: 7 to 8 years
SAP/Success Factors: 2 to 3 years
BEE Admin: 4 to 5 years
Multinational Exposure: 4 to 5 years
A requisite Tertiary Qualification, with a minimum of 8 years work experience in a HR Business Partner role, and at least 6 years HR generalist experience related to South African HR practices (BEE, SD, Recruitment, Remuneration and Benefits).
Experienced working in a global, matrixed organization with a track record of accomplishments showing measurable business impact.
Experience with creating lasting change using intentional organizational design and development practices.
Full knowledge of legal implications of the employment relationship. Ensure compliance with local and national legal requirements, advising management on needed actions.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP/Success Factors HRIS modules is preferred.
