The Brainstorm senior sales executive position is responsible for selling a wide range of targeted advertising and marketing solutions from across Brainstorm’s product portfolio. The primary focus of the role is developing new business, both through customer acquisition and selling solutions into existing customer accounts. The s enior sales executive will be responsible for managing all phases of the sales pipeline, with particular emphasis on identifying and prospecting new customers and recognising opportunities to drive revenue growth. The senior sales executive is a ‘hunter’ position, requiring a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual. The s enior sales executive will be responsible for attaining sales goals and communicating progress to those goals and tactics to reach revenue targets with the department’s business development manager.
The s enior sales executive will call on executive level decision-makers in a consultative sales role and must be able to communicate Brainstorm’s value propositions and competitive differentiators.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum requirements
Two years’ experience in business-to-business sales experience, ideally in media sales
Experience developing a new territory including lead generation and cold calling
Ability to carry and deliver on a sales budget
Strong verbal and written communication skills - a people person
Able to work both independently and in a team environment
Energetic, results-orientated, self-motivated individual.
Strong work ethic
Able to sell to C-level executives
Organised and detail orientated with professional presentation ability
Minimum of a matric education
Valid driver’s licence, with own vehicle
Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills essential.
