**Requirements**:

- High level knowledge of administration processes.
- Knowledge in rental and property management processes are beneficial.
- Knowledge of relevant council systems(PayPro).
- Working knowledge of credit bureau checks and processes.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
- A high level of initiative and excellent follow through under an ever-changing business environment.
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines is important.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy.
- Lease and property process knowledge.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- To provide general administrative support and document management to the property office.
- Communicate challenges openly to ensure fast turn around and excellent customer service.
- To maintain and manage the process flow of documentation (lease statuses and driving the process to conclusion).
- Ensure due process is followed in the most professional and efficient manner with regard to conclusion of new leases and renewable including credit checks and collecting FICA and other relevant documentation.
- Administration of all lease processes and adhere to house rules and special conditions.
- Ensure that the lease compliance checklist is completed and signed off( fire compliance, house rules and electrical compliance.
- Liaison and integration with the bookkeeper regarding leases.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: R5 500,00 - R7 500,00 per month

Expected hours: 18 per week

Work Location: Remote
