**Purpose of role is to meet monthly sales targets by**:

- Coaching clients to achieve a healthy financial lifestyle
- Personal and telephonic interaction with clients (and potential clients)
- Building and nurturing sustainable relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Building and developing a pipeline of new clients through referrals

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Matric / Grade 12
- Post matric business related qualification an advantage (e.g. RE5, Debt Counsellor certificate, Diploma or Degree)
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (excel, word and outlook)
- 2+ years' working experience in a financial services sales or consulting environment (Loans, Insurance, medical aid)
- Good working knowledge of the National Credit Act will be an advantage

**Skills & Attributes**

- Ability to identify challenges and provide appropriate solutions
- Active listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and at least one other official language

**Salary: R5500 for the first 3 months, Commision ONLY going forward**
