Our client in the financial services industry is looking for branch consultant in the Bank.

**Purpose of the role**:
This position focuses on sales acquisition on predominantly entry level products with the focus to cross sell to existing to bank customers, acquire new to back customers, and ensuring that quality accounts are opened, through money management conversations. The position is further involved in pre-activation activities in companies prior to the launch of the staffing solutions activation day

**Responsibilities ;**

Treat customers as you would want to be treated.
- Converse with our customers in a way that they fully understand and provide helpful solutions and products based on their needs
- Conduct myself in an ethical manner at all times
- Take ownership of solving our customers problems or queries as efficiently and quickly as possible
- Adhere to the TCF (Treating Customers fairly) principles in all that you do
- Meet and exceed monthly sales target
- Maximize cross-sell opportunities identified aligned to customer needs based customer needs analysis
- Use opportunities identified to increase market share
- Ensure activities support cost containment and reduction
- Optimize every customer interaction to migrate or convert customer to echannels and or encourage use of digital and self-service channels
- Always comply with procedures and processes contained in the relevant business guidelines
- Fulfilling transactions above the benchmark set and providing an exceptional customer experience
- Demonstrates behaviour in support of the organizational values
- Takes accountability for own performance, personal and career development
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness and success of the team.
- Maintain an ability to adapt to ever changing business and customer needs

**Requirements**:

- Sales Experience
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Matric
- Relevant NQF Level 5 Qualification
- Transport Mobility
- Criminal and Credit Clear

Preferred - Relevant NQF Level 6 or higher qualification and completed first level regulatory examination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R7,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English extremely well (required)

License/Certification:

- RE5 (preferred)
