**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Leadership:
Directly manage a team of +- 7 employees
Indirectly manage a team of +- 100 employees
Setting up of team KPA/KPI's
- Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders
To grow spend on existing customer base and increase activations
- Strategy:
Build and execution of 12 - 18 month business strategy plan
Execution of adhoc Flash and network driven campaigns
Strategic alignment of various distribution channels
- Budget:
Financial Management
Budget Management
Compile revenue projections and forecasts for revenue

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
**Education/Training and Experience**:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a commercial operational role
Minimum 5 years’ proven leadership experience
Strong strategic ability for operational execution
Experience managing 3rd Party Vendors
**Technical Competencies**:
Ability to analyse financials and large data sets.
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
Ability to understand and enhance technical systems
RICA tool enhancement
System Distribution systems and development experience
**Behavioral Competencies**:
Ability to collaborate with others and formulate meaningful team and work relationships
Willingness to participate as a member of a team
Ability to communicate in a persuasive, confident manner
Has a strong social presence, is charismatic and good at breaking down barriers and bringing people around to their point of view
Results orientated with high level of drive, energy and passion for their people and their work.
Self-motivated and committed
Ability to cope well under pressure and work in an agile environment
