Dispatch Coordinator

The Dispatch Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that all customer orders are efficiently received, processed, and dispatched, giving our customers a brilliant experience.
**The main responsibilities of the role include**:
- Responsible for creating a brilliant customer experience by ensuring customer sales orders are dispatched effectively and efficiently, through the monitoring of Syspro and demand planning reports.
- Ensure that all sales orders and related documents are appropriately collated before processing orders via the Distribution Centre.
- Be in constant communication with the stores to inform them of delivery dates to allow for quick and efficient deliveries and ensure that urgent orders are prioritised.
- Always keep our customer’s needs as a priority by effectively managing daily tasks and responsibilities.
**The experience we’re looking for**:
- At least 2 years of experience in a dispatch role or experience in a related role is an advantage.
- Computer literate; MS Excel, MS Word experience.
- Must be proficient in Syspro.

- Uses their initiative, has their finger on the pulse, is pro-active in all that is required.
- Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
