**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Inventory Management**
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile variances.
- Coordinate with purchasing and logistics teams to manage stock levels and ensure availability of products.

**2. Receiving and despatch**
- Oversee receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming stock.
- Coordinate outbound shipments, including order picking, packing, and despatching.

**3. Staff Management**
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel.
- Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Provide coaching and feedback to develop staff members.
- Ensure HR policies are implemented consistently and fairly.

**4. Health and Safety Compliance**
- Communicates safety rules and regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.
- Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all warehouse staff.
- Conduct regular safety training sessions and inspections.
- Investigate and address any safety incidents or concerns. Escalate where necessary.

**5. Housekeeping**
- Ensures that housekeeping policies and procedures are implemented and monitored consistently.

**6. Process Optimization**
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to streamline operations and improve accuracy.

**7. Ad Hoc Duties**
- The completion of Ah hoc duties from time to time.

8.**Collaboration**
- Coordinate with stores and customers to ensure that good are available.
- Coordinate with other departments in manufacturing process to ensure on time in full delivery.

**Experience**:

- Warehouse/ Dispatch management: 2 years (required)
