Sales Executive

Strategic management of sales leads and pipeline in Customer’s CRM tool.
- Identify client pain points and how Customer’s product/service can solve them.
- Solid understanding of a solution’s value propositions, how it solves prospect’s business problems, and what may trigger the solution’s requirement.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare insightful reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in B2B sales in the IT industry, with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas.
- Good understanding of Customer’s solution portfolio and the competitive landscape.
- Sales knowledge and Sales experience with popular cybersecurity solutions (e.g., firewalls, SSE & SASE, EDR & XDR, DLP Solutions)
- Sales knowledge and Sales experience with Data Centre technologies (e.g., hyperconvergence, virtualization, data management), and associated services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to tailor them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot, Zoho CRM) and MS Office Suite.
- Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
