**Call Centre Agents Required**

We are looking for competitive insurance agents between the age of 18 - 28 to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell, solicit, differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio. The goal is to build up strong positive relationships, to ensure growth attainment and increase our companies’ reputation. If you have a passion for sales and looking for a job opportunity, then we are looking for you

**Basic requirements and experience**:

- Sales experience (Outbound Sales/Cold and Warm Leads Campaign)
- Short term insurance experience (preferred not required)
- Matric (non-negotiable)
- A proven track record with traceable references
- Basic salary starting from R3500 + commission, uncapped weekly incentives

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborating with internal colleagues and external stakeholders/clients
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance and accreditation standards

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Promote the insurance to customers who need insurance
- Network with potential customers
- Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
- Target Driven
- Providing solutions to clients by selling Insurance products aligned to the needs of the client..

**Remuneration**:
Basic salary - R3500,00 (Less deductions) + Uncapped commission
