**In this role, you will**:

- Schedule site work & workshop in collaboration with Service Manager.
- Develop and implement monthly/yearly departmental goals.
- Provide the clients with timely responses to requests, maintain and update client database.
- Ensure follow-up and scheduling calls are being made on time.
- Prepare & submit quotations to customers.
- Handle Service Contract renewals administration.

**Are you qualified?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience as a Customer Service Coordinator, Customer Service Consultant, Customer Service Representative or a similar role in the Customer Service department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills a definite plus), Service Max and Salesforce.
- Knowledge of the industry norms and practices
- Good time management, organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Having an eye for detail.
