- Saharan African region. We strive to provide excellent after-sales service and support. Our goal is to ensure that our customers maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
**Your tasks**:
- Assign technical resources to service order requests, and support conflict resolution with the Service Manager and PM’s, send dispatch notifications to the Technicians.
- Maintain technical resources timelines as per PM requests and change requests in the dispatching table.
- Ensure all required documentation is received for timely close out of service orders (ie. timesheets)
- Maintain and support all communication to and from the Krones stakeholders, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist in co-ordination of all travel, accommodation and S&T’s for technicians.
- Prepare training and shadowing agreements of Technicians attending Training & coordinate travel arrangements of all KSA Technicians.
- Prepare monthly utilization reports.
- Collaborate closely with the service manager mechanical and electrical to understand the scope of work, and assign specific disciplines and experience from the technician pool together
- Co-ordinate Air plus registry, annual fitness certificates, first aid classes, noise ban hearing protection devices, ICS contact details
- Monitoring of visa and work permit requirements
- Assist with onboarding of all new employees with whom the dispatcher interacts with regards to the Dispatching function.
- Ensure all employee documentation is readily available and stored within the Krones System, ie second passports, active Visa’s, vaccinations etc.
- Attend to Standby Support as per the Standby Procedure.
- Proactive participation in personal development along with direct line manager.

Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification
- 3 years’ work experience in Business Administration
- Basic project management skills
- SAP experience
- Dispatching/travel coordination experience
- Strong administrative skills
Advantageous
- Qualification in Finance or Project Management
- Knowledge of Krones portfolio
- Exposure/basic navigation of Power BI
- Visa requirement knowledge
