**Purpose**

Clickatell is a leading Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, revolutionizing the way businesses operate with cutting-edge technology solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Sales Operations Analyst graduate to join our Sales team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-growth industry while gaining valuable experience in sales operations, analytics, and Salesforce.

**Responsibilities of the Role**

**Sales Operations Support & Analytics**:

- Conduct in-depth sales analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, learning to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Check opportunities for accuracy and provision orders on successful closure of a deal
- Support the Sales Operations Analysts and Manager to report on and improve sales data quality and processes within Sales Operations.
- Support the sales team globally on CRM and other sales operations systems
- Collaborate on the creation of sales metrics dashboards, delivering accurate and timely reports to key stakeholders.
- Play a role in the automation and streamlining of the Lead to Order process, gaining experience in operational efficiency improvements.

**Salesforce**
- Work alongside the Sales Operations Analyst in managing and optimizing the Salesforce tooling framework, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gain hands-on experience with Salesforce by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs, delivering insights and reports aligned with key requirements and KPIs.
- Learn how to manage commercial engagements related to Salesforce, including license management and consulting expenses.
- Actively engage in Salesforce Trailhead training and certification to become proficient in Salesforce and contribute to its ongoing optimization.
- Investigate potential gaps in Salesforce functionality and reporting, offering solutions through data visualization, dashboards, or complementary tools.
- Take ownership of smaller Salesforce-related projects and initiatives under the guidance of senior team members, developing your skills in system management and operational improvement.

**Billing and Revenue Recognition**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Monitor revenue recognition processes and contribute to revenue analysis.

**Financial Modeling**:

- Analyze key financial metrics and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and forecasting.

**Ad Hoc Projects**:

- Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed, providing operational analyst expertise.

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to ask the right questions and take initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
