**Distribution Analyst Intern - Graduate**

**Purpose**

This role supports the Distribution team by updating, maintaining and providing reports, presentations and commentaries where required and within deadlines. The focus of the role is on supplying data related information and ensuring that the data drawn from various sources is valid and correct.

In addition, you will be required to support the Distribution Analyst to implement various marketing and branding projects. This includes ensuring that all material produced aligns with the Company and brand guidelines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Distribution Analyst to deliver on various marketing projects.
- Assist with maintaining the monthly Master Slide Pack for clients.
- Assist with preparing, and populating monthly and quarterly reports, commentaries and newsletters to support Distribution.
- Support the Distribution Analyst to prepare bespoke client presentations as required.
- Work with the Distribution analyst to maintain and update the website and marketing material.
- Assist with completion of Investment Due Diligences.
- Communicate professionally to build relationships with stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment Management, Economics or similar
- Honours degree is preferred
- 0 - 6 months experience
- Advanced Excel
- A strong interest in investments and the financial markets
- Highly numerate
- Strong verbal and written skills
