Facebook Lead Generation Manager

**Ardor SEO is hiring a Facebook Lead Generation Manager with experience in growing brand visibility online**
Are you talented at identifying new paid marketing opportunities? In this role, you will oversee all of Ardor paid advertising efforts to drive marketing qualified leads. You will own the development of lead generation campaign strategy, objectives, goals, metrics, and define best practices and processes to drive successful customer acquisition.

- Comprehensive knowledge of lead flow tracking, call tracking software, and report building
- Experience working with sales leaders to strategize efforts and achieve revenue goals
- Ability to build and manage complex lead funnels from campaign channel to CRM
- Ability to manage and oversee lead nurturing strategy for paid campaigns
- Results-oriented attitude and data-driven mindset
Main Responsibilities:
- Bringing forward new and innovative strategies to improve campaigns
- Manage omni-channel marketing campaigns including strategy, budget, timeline, creative briefs and deliverables, lead tracking and reporting
- Ownership of website CX and CRO projects to constantly improve the website experience and performance as it relates to lead generation. Constantly running new tests & experiments (A/B test, multivariate, user testing, preference testing) internally
- Ownership and operation of landing page creation and testing as related to lead generation strategy (lead with a creative problem-solving mindset).
- Execute monthly lead-gen reporting and data oversight to showcase all lead funnel channel results and traffic/lead analysis for the marketing and executive team.
- Manage, expand, and optimize lead generation efforts for the employee and customer referral programs.
- Campaign Calendar: Maintain a calendar of all demand generation campaigns/programs, tactics, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation efforts.
- Reporting and Metrics: Track and report demand generation performance metrics using data from ROAS and projection models, Google Anaytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, Bizible, and Goolge Optimze. Must be able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and campaign optimization.
