**About the Role**:
This isn’t a churn-and-burn sales job. As a **Sales Executive**, you’ll be closing **high-ticket deals (£1,500-£5,000)** with **warm, pre-qualified leads** provided by our marketing team. You'll lead strategic, in-depth sales calls with business owners and decision-makers, helping them understand how our services will unlock real growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Consultative Selling**: Conduct structured discovery and strategy calls to uncover client needs and align our solutions
- ** Pipeline Management**: Follow up with leads, maintain detailed notes in the CRM, and move deals to close
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and delivery to ensure smooth handoff and client onboarding
- ** Feedback Loop**: Share on-the-ground insights to help us refine our sales assets, offers, and strategy

**What You Bring**:

- ** 2+ years of experience** in high-ticket sales or consultative selling
- Proven ability to close deals over Zoom/phone in the **£1,500-£5,000** range
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and objection-handling skills
- A natural curiosity and desire to _understand_ before you _pitch_
- Comfortable selling services or solutions (not just products)
- Self-motivated and performance-driven — no micromanagement here
- Familiarity with CRMs like HubSpot, Close, or Pipedrive is a plus
