**Key Responsibilities**_
- _Assist with customer account data entry and updates in CRM systems_
- _Perform document management, filing, and record-keeping _
- _Provide administrative support to team leaders and managers as required _
- _Prepare basic reports for internal tracking_
- _Liaise with other departments (e.g., technical support, billing, sales) to ensure operational requests are handled efficiently_
- _Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and internal activities_
- _Assist in onboarding and documentation processing for new customers_
- _Capture and reconcile customer feedback or service quality notes_
- **Minimum Requirements**_
- _Grade 12 / Matric Certificate_
- _1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role_
- _Strong attention to detail and organizational ability_
- _Good communication skills (verbal and written)_
- _Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment_
- _Willingness to learn and adapt to systems and workflows_
