HR Administrator

**Purpose**:
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Head of People to implement company strategies across key areas such as store management, store operations, employee management & relations.
**Roles and responsibilities**:
The HR Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role involves handling various HR-related tasks, maintaining employee records, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Assist Management with the implementation of the business plan and support with adhoc duties
- Weekly purchase order (PO) submissions to finance from the HR department
- Organisation structure: give input to organisational structure; update organograms and maintain job profile repository.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction and well as the offboarding administration for leavers
- Assist with the coordination of employee engagement Initiatives
- Coordinate training and development activities and maintain training records as required for internal training initiatives.
- Compliance administration
- Systems and reporting: Ensure the maintenance of accurate employee records including employment documents
- Compile weekly and monthly reports as required
**Requirements**:
- HR / Organisational Psychology or equivalent diploma or degree
- 3 years minimum HR-related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in recruitment and selection
- Industrial relations experience and knowledge of the BCEA
- Retail Experience (Bonus)

**Salary**: R9 500,00 - R13 500,00 per month
