Junior HR Administrator

**Main Responsibilities**
**Onboarding**
- Manage daily administration of hiring portals: Indeed LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
- Post job vacancies as requested
- Phone screen and invite applicants for interview
- Assist in the onboarding process of new hires
- Conduct reference checks when required
- Provide support on HR issues to all employees
- Issue employment verification letters as requested
- To ensure New Employee Form is completed and sent to HR Administration, and Payroll same day.
**Exit interviews**
- Manage the exit interview process and create reports for stakeholders Send all relevant details through to HR Admin
**Training**
- Develop and initiate training and orientation plans for new starters
- Assign training modules to employees as per manager request, or for company compliance
- Assist in the delivery and development of HR training courses and material
**Employee Relations**
- To complete all disciplinary hearings ensuring they are legally compliant
- To support at any grievance meetings
- Handle labour disputes and remedy any issues and employee might have
- To provide mediations where appropriate
- Issue HR letters for leaves, and progressive discipline
- Other HR-related administrative duties, as required
- Update policies & manage store rosters
- Maintain employee records
- Collect and analysing employee data via internal surveys to measure employer satisfaction and develop talent retention strategies.
**Reporting**
- Run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and provide to relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of HR’s strategic plans for the organization
