Our client has an opportunity available for an Operations Manager based in Durban.

**Requirements**:

- Possession of a sustainable tertiary qualification.
- 5+ years of franchising management experience within a Branded Food Service.
- The ability to implement local and regional marketing plans.
- Good understanding of locality marketing.
- Good communication skills and conflict management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a full franchise system service to Franchise partners within the Region including:

- Operations support and measurement of operations campaign driver’s requirements.
- Ensure support and compliance of regional training workshops and courses.
- Drive regional participation in locality marketing initiatives to support national campaigns.
- Grow the brand’s presence in the region.
- Conduct regular trade visits with the team of franchise managers.
- Monitor service levels to franchisees across the regional supply chain and implement corrective actions where required.
