**Route Checker**
**at our base**
**King Shaka International Airport.**
**The successful applicant will report to the**
**Manager: Cabin Services**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct route checks as required by CAA;
- Conduct inflight proficiency checks using a checklist that contains the standards for performance that are being evaluated;
- Submit the completed forms within 48 Hours after the route check was conducted to the training department for filing purposes and to update the system;
- Record the results of the evaluation on the checklist, which is retained on a Server;
- Go through all assessments done for the month and compile the stats and trends;
- Send the stats and trends to the Cabin Services Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Grade 12;
- Valid cabin crew member licence issued in terms of Part 64 and a valid class IV medical certificate;
- Must have completed a Train-the Trainer and Assessors course;
- Must be an active In-Charge Flight Attendant;
- Minimum of 2 years flying experience within the Company;
- Have at least 1000 hours flying experience as an active Flight Attendant;
- Must be current on aircraft type;
