**Requirements**:

- Min 4+ years of solid IT sourcing experience (developer, engineer, architects).
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, or any relevant field.
- Experience sourcing for Salesforce or Workday requirements will be an advantage.
- Exceptional strategic sourcing skills utilizing various sourcing channels, Linkedin, google, Dice, etc.- Good understanding of project execution in the digital transformation space and sourcing for project resources such as project managers and business analysts.
- Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment; take charge and help wherever necessary.
- Eager for knowledge and always looking to improve with continuous development.
- An excellent communicator - able to speak to all levels inside and outside the organization, with relative ease.
- Able to work a US Shift (16pm - 1AM SA Time), in office.
