To be successful in this role, you will need to have a veteran mindset and adequate market familiarity in several job verticals.

Conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical capabilities, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.

Meet or exceed weekly standard pipeline expectations.

Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of end to end recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the US Market.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Good business acumen, highly-driven, results-oriented and values harmony within a team.
- Good tenure in previous and current employers.
- Vibrant personality and culture-centric.
- Bachelor’s/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
- Experience in using ATS tools.
- Ability to learn and use other industry-related software.
- Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Self-directed and able to work with less supervision.
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and presentation skills.
- Able to work a US EST Shift (4pm - 1AM SA Time), in office.
