That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**|** **About the role** - This role will provide crucial sales office management services that support the successful and efficient achievement of the companys revenue targets, together with protecting and enhancing customer/partner relationships._ - This role will report to the Managing Director_ **As the Country Manager, you will**: - Leading a team of approximately 50 people across field sales and 3 offices, to drive sales growth via team performance and business procedures utilising both upselling and cross selling opportunities. - Supporting the Vendor Alliances Director and Technical Services Director to achieve their business goals and revenue/Gross Margin targets. E.g. Devising and driving specific telesales campaigns through to success and expediting appropriate follow-up actions on marketing programmes. - Leading from the front; managing (hiring, training, developing, motivating, reviewing) the Internal Sales, Field and Major Sales teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all sales aspects. - Efficiently resolve employee disputes/breach of contract/policy issues/discipline and grievance, terminations and exits, liaising as appropriate with the HR Manager. - Ensuring that the company CRM and associated sales office workflow systems are utilised and managed efficiently, especially regarding the updating and accuracy of: - Customer/vendor/product information, sales aids, pricing, lead times, accuracy quotations, forecasts, sales order processing, stock inventory, demonstration/evaluation units. - Produce meaningful and regular management reports e.g. sales leads / conversions, quotes to purchase order ratios and call stats. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you** **The ideal Country Manager**: - Significant track record of sales and sales office management success, in a fast-moving IT product and services environment. - Progressive, hands-on style, with the credibility, gravitas and resilience to succeed in a dynamic, highly customer/partner focused commercial environment. - Self-motivated, energetic, tenacious. - Strong attention to detail and problem solving capacity. - Forward thinking and ability to adapt and evolve to suite rapid business growth. - Experience in using CRM systems effectively for team/business/operational management and reporting. **WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?**| **About the company** We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
