Payroll Manager

The focus of the role is to manage accurate processing of salaries, ensure compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations per country. Supervise and coach payroll team by promoting best Payroll practice and consistency across Right to Care. Respond creatively and flexibly to the changing needs of the business.
Confidentiality, tact and discretion must always be maintained. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills are required together with total compliance to Payroll’s Standard Operating Process (SOP). Able to exercise discretion, high levels of initiative and independent decision-making. Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines
- Diploma in Payroll Management or relevant degree in Human Resources Management.
- Experience in Sage People 300 Payroll System essential
- 4 - 6 years’ experience working in a Payroll Management role
- At least 8 years’ concurrent experience in Payroll of which 5 years should be within a management role
