A SDM your will be responsible for making sure that our services are being seamlessly delivered to internal and external customers. As the SDM you will be the link between our partner and customers. You will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as onboarding, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress and tracking KPIs. The SDM plays a vital role in boosting the partner experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed partners demands._ - This role will report to the GSI & Security Lead_ **As the Service Delivery Manager, you will**: - Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities - Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders - Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery - Providing accurate and **regular reports** to the management on performance of the service delivery - Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring - Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**|** **About you** **The ideal **Service Delivery Manager**: - A bachelor's degree in business or project management - Three years of relevant professional experience managing teams - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities - Highly motivated self-starter **WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?**| **About the company** We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
