Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage all interactions with our base of clients. This starts with the setting up of the client websites (liaising between the client and the website designer) and continues with the provision of ongoing support.

This position is integral to the business as we are extremely client focused. This person will also have significant input in the evolution of our product and business processes.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about and get experience in the digital world.

This person needs to be:

- someone who gets the job done
- highly organised with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail
- a problem solver with an interest in the Internet and all things online
- an excellent communicator in English (both written and verbal)
- hard working & willing to learn
- equipped with basic computer skills
- a team player who can also work on their own

Please give us 5 websites that you visit frequently and for each tell us what they do well and where they could be improved.

Salary will be dependent on experience

Pay: R8 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month
