**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
This is a development opportunity for the successful incumbent to provide onerous administration and support to marketing & communications, maintain stakeholder relationships and gain valuable exposure by assisting in successfully executing and implementing Lesedi’s Marketing & Communications strategy.

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Review new technologies and keep the business at the forefront of new developments in marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable cleaning and preparing data.
- Report on campaign results and identify trends and gaps which can be improved.
- Marketing administrators intern to assist the team with maintaining and updating our marketing resources.
- Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Monitoring all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Assist in marketing and communication event activities (e.g. conferences, breakaways, seminars)
- Manage and update the marketing content library.
- Proficiency with coding languages such as PYTHON, SQL (Role primarily requires SQL).
- Extremely flexible and adaptive to changing circumstances.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Coordinate and manage the administration of the Marketing & Comms department, including but not limited to loading of PR’s
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, many under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- BBusSc Marketing
- BBusSc Information Systems with Marketing Modules/ Experience
