**Marketing Internship**:
We are looking for a career-driven, enthusiastic and highly organised individual to join one of our partner companies and work alongside their founders, initially to assist with marketing duties and ultimately to take over all marketing related tasks and objectives. This role requires you to be versatile and innovative in the way you approach business administration and systems. A strong understanding of marketing theory and the ability to formulate and execute marketing strategies are imperative to this role.

You will be working alongside business professionals with years of knowledge and industry experience under their belts.

Core Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to)
- Entry level graphic design (Creation of social media posts and other marketing material)
- Copywriting and copy editing.
- Managing social media posts and engagement.
- Developing marketing strategies focused around B2B lead generation.
- Creating relevant and educational content
- Tracking and reporting marketing statistics
- Assist with Ad-hoc requests
- Observing best business practices and etiquette

**Skills**
- Must have strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint experience is vital.
- Computer organisational skills specifically around document and systems management
- Proactive approach problem solving and the ability to multitask
- Works well under pressure and within deadlines - level headed and able to prioritise tasks
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn how to use project management a marketing softwares
- Attention to detail

**Requirements**:

- Must be friendly and flexible
- Must have a BCom degree in Business Management, Marketing Management or any similar qualifications.
- Previous work experience in a professional environment will be advantageous.

**Operational tools used by the company**

On the job training will be provided, however it will be advantageous to have experience working with some of the tools listed below.
- G-Suite for business
- Miro
- Descript (Video Editor)
- Buzzsprout
- Hubspot
- Wordpress
- LinkedIn
- Zoom/Teams/G-Meets
- Mentimeter
- Canva
- Figma

**Other duties and responsibilities**

(You should have entry level skills in most of these areas and should be willing to develop your skills in all of these areas as you progress in the role)
- Video editing
- Marketing research
- Coordinating and editing podcasts
- Business development activities using LinkedIn
- Website management (Wordpress)
- Coordinating Webinars
- Events management
- Creating sales material (presentation decks)
- Mailers
- Hubspot CRM management

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R8,000.00 per month
