Job Overview

The Internal Communications Coordinator will champion all internal communications, in close collaboration with the Employee Experience team in SA, to ensure all engagement activities and business activations are creatively communicated across all internal channels. Your passion for internal communications will result in the adoption and implementation internal communications best practices.

**Competencies & Skills Required**
- Act as the Internal Communications Champion to drive awareness, understanding through creative writing and effective communications channels.
- Formulate and distribute all communications for the Employee Experience team and advise on best practice that will encourage maximum reach.
- Design and distribute posters/flyers, e-cards, banners and any other collateral required for TPSA.
- Conduct ongoing research to monitor and assess industry trends and standards and best practice tools for effective internal communications.
- Content Management
- Image and video editing and production

**Requirements**:

- Matric/Grade 12
- National Diploma in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field - Essential
- 2 or more years exposure into media, managing & drafting content - Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using various analytics software.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
