Role and Responsibilities:

- Delivering projects on time and within budget
- Act as the the point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of communication are adhered to
- Take charge of, refine and innovate the agency production process
- Formulate, develop and write project briefs
- Developing ideas and concepts and delivering final products that meet client and agency standards
- Work closely with the production team
- Manage a variety of projects including branding, design, web and social media campaigns
- Evaluating projects and proving projection updates and progress reports
- Manage strong, long-term client relationships
- See to client queries effectively and in a timely manner
- Expectation management of clients and senior management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as project manager, account manager or customer success manager
- Ability to use project management tools at a high level
- Creative with a fine attention to detail
- Easily adapt to and navigate change
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in time management with the ability to organise and manage multiple priorities
- Able to work efficiently and productively under important deadlines

**Experience and Qualification**:

- Agency: 1 year (preferred)
- Accredited Project Management certificate (or any other relevant qualification)
