In the Security Specialist Manager team we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible
**Sales Managers to lead a team of sellers** that deliver end-to-end security thought leadership driving significant customer value, enabling transformational customer outcomes and achieving/exceeding quarterly and full year targets. As a Security Specialist Manager, you will act as thought leader in digital transformation consultative conversations and lead a team that develops end-to-end security strategies with customers, collaborates across different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable them to be more secure. You will guide the team on the planning, orchestration and execution of end-to-end Security strategic opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. This opportunity will allow you to learn and accelerate your career growth, honing your managerial, solution sales and collaboration skills and deepening your end-to-end security expertise.

As threats become more frequent and sophisticated, we must work to keep our customers safe through our Security Solutions. The Solution Specialist Unit team within the Microsoft Security organization is at the forefront of this effort, engaging directly with customers to contribute to their success.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Sales Execution**:Act as a thought leader in digital transformation and lead team to develop strategies that help the team to understand customer business needs; orchestrate stakeholders in order to drive and close opportunities and expand the relationship with customers/partners; Leads with technical and industry insights on how to grow customer business.
- **Technical Expertise**:Acts as spokesperson in Microsoft events and coaches on business and market knowledge.
- **Sales Excellence**:Builds and transforms new markets; participates in planning; guides team in identifying potential business in the assigned territory; oversees the end-to-end business across geographical regions; completes required training and obtains relevant product and role certifications aligned to the role and workload/industry.
- **Managerial and Leadership responsibilities**:Skilled in helping employees develop skills and support their career interests; supporting mentorship and succession planning; driving results by partnering and collaborating with other teams and leveraging others in relevant work streams; establishing and communicating performance expectations; identifying performance gaps and monitoring performance to ensure plans are met.

**Qualifications**
- Technology-related sales or account management experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND technology-related security sales experience
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field
- Solution or services sales experience.
- People management experience.
