Monitor Security Systems: Operate and monitor various security systems, to detect and respond to potential security breaches or incidents.

Surveillance and Reporting: Continuously observe and analyze live surveillance feeds, recorded footage, to identify suspicious activities, security breaches, or policy violations. Maintain accurate incident logs and generate detailed reports for documentation purposes.

Alarm Response: Promptly respond to panic alarms and alerts, assess the situation, and initiate appropriate actions, such as dispatching security personnel, contacting emergency services, or implementing pre-defined emergency protocols.

Emergency Response: Coordinate and communicate with emergency response teams, such as police, fire, or medical personnel, during emergencies, providing them with accurate information and assisting in the execution of emergency procedures.

Access Control Management: Monitor and control access to secured areas. Enforce security protocols and procedures to ensure only authorized individuals gain entry to restricted areas.

Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication with security personnel, team members, and other relevant stakeholders using two-way radios, telephones, or other communication devices. Provide clear instructions, relay critical information, and collaborate to address security concerns.

Incident Management: Manage security incidents by coordinating appropriate responses, notifying necessary personnel, and documenting incidents in compliance with established procedures. Initiate incident escalation when required, and ensure incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Equipment Maintenance and Testing: Perform regular maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of security systems, ensuring their proper functioning. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to the appropriate departments for repair or replacement.

Security Policy Compliance: Adhere to and enforce established security policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a secure environment. Identify vulnerabilities or gaps in security measures and recommend improvements to enhance overall security posture.

Training and Awareness: Stay updated on security best practices, industry trends, and technological advancements related to physical security. Participate in training programs, workshops, and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills. Share security-related information and promote security awareness among colleagues and employees.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
