Call Centre Team Leader

**Purpose of the Job**:
We are looking for an external Team Leader to join our VSG Team. This individual should have a good understanding of the campaign and standard operating processes.
The ability to do ‘Talk offs.
Drive Quality Assurance and US Compliance requirements by listening to calls and continuous improvement to ensure all opportunities to drive people, process, and policy improvement opportunities.
Drive KPI’s
**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:
- Matric
- Team management experience gained in an outbound contact centre.
- Leading high performing teams in excess of 10 people
- Experience of driving improvements to Quality and Customer Satisfaction ratings Stakeholder management experience
