Call Centre Team Leader

Are you an experienced Call Centre & Office Manager with a proven track record of managing teams across various campaigns? Are you seeking a new challenge with the potential for growth opportunities?
We are currently seeking and experienced Call Centre & Office Manager to join our dynamic Call Centre based in Mount Edgecombe. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outsourced UK campaigns and monitoring team and individual performance and well as contributing to the frontline activities.
The position reports to the call centre manager who is based in the UK and offers potential for growth with its exciting expansion plans over the next 12 months.

**What will you be doing?**
- Supervising the day-to-day activities of call centre agents across multiple customer campaigns ensuring compliance with business processes
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new agents
- Implement work schedules to ensure sufficient coverage
- Motivating teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Absence management ensuring accurate records and reporting
- Supporting the performance management process
- Supporting the handling of employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievance cases
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed, and any issues are reported
- Collating payroll data for submission to UK accounts team
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly MI reporting
**What do we need from you?**
Skills and Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Contact Centre Management is desirable
- Extensive experience in a Call Centre Manager role, ideally working on UK based campaigns
- Extensive understanding of the BCEA (Basic Conditions of Employment Act)
- Call centre CRM and phone systems

**Salary**: Up to R11,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
