**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build on existing client base by identifying customer needs and addressing them with emphasis on the value offering,
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters,
- Follow up on leads and close deals,
- Upselling and cross selling of product offerings,
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit,
- Adopt the key interface role between the customer and the company by providing exceptional customer service throughout the relationship,
- With a focus on quality, attend to all administrative tasks associated with fleet services.

**Minimum requirements**

**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Strong Relationship Management Skills
- Strong Business Acumen with a focus on customer relations
- Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
- High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate Level
- CRM applied experience
