**FINE DINING RESTAURANT MANAGER - STELLENBOSCH - R20000 WINE ESTATE**

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the fine dining restaurant, ensuring smooth service execution.
- Train, mentor, and motivate restaurant staff, setting high standards for customer service and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings are perfectly complemented by our exceptional wine selection.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns, and use feedback to continually enhance the dining experience.
- Prepare and manage schedules, payroll, and budgets to optimize operational efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends, fine dining practices, and wine knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Previous experience (2+ years) in fine dining restaurant management or upscale hospitality roles.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of wines, particularly local varieties, and their pairing with gourmet cuisine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with guests and staff.
- Proficiency in reservation and POS systems.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
